It depends on the company, but sooner or later I need time by myself. I guess the most important thing to me is to looking after myself, cultivating inner peace as best I can, and being a good friend/ fellow (human) being. I care about our lovely planet in all its various aspects- animal, plant, ecosystem and try my best to live sustainably and to keep my carbon footprint as low as possible. As for the cat - go for it, but you need someone to look after it when you're not there. Friends come in different shapes and guises.

I wish I WAS in Newport OR tomorrow. I love Newport. It’s a fun small town.

Okay, so see if this helps: the people who will be there tomorrow already like you, that’s why they are there. One of the things I like best about you is that you are Human! Yes, that means you can be someone who doesn’t need to be perfect. If there are any glitches with your power point, turn the dang machine off and just talk with the people. You are good, and kind, and have enough curiosity within you to be interesting.

Everyone will have fun!

Promise.

Most importantly, they ALREADY like you 🤗🤗

On to the rest- what most important to me? Hmmmm… it’s kindness. People can be fickle, imperfect, busy or clingy, preoccupied and awesome. And? I will love them as they are. So, I tend to focus on how I can show up as the best version of myself, which I believe is thru being kind.

And yes, After I’ve done some people time, I need my alone time again 🤭

Thank you, Teyani. I actually love public speaking. It's all the prep and tech that make me crazy. You're right. It'll be fun. But I am human. I worry about every little thing.

Kindness is a good thing to make your priority. And you are kind. It is important to be a light in the darkness. I'm trying to do that.

Hi Sue! Best luck with the weekend’s activities! I’m certain they’ll be fine and if they’re not, they’ll be over and you can stop fretting about them, lol!

After a lot of peopling, I absolutely need me time. If I can, I’ll be in my home, but even if I can’t be at home just then, I need to withdraw, and if I can’t leave the company of others, I need, at very least, quiet time. (I was in the hospital in September and I thank the Divine it was a quiet room, considering there were four of us!!).

The most important thing in my life - compassion, kindness, being gentle, loving, respectful. What I put out into the Universe, I guess. And maybe gratitude is even more important than those things, which are intentions I set every morning. Gratitude pulled me out of a spiral of anger and depression, years the making. I continue the practice 15 years on…

And I’m not sure if you *should* be feeding the cat. But, I know I would!!
